The Lee Automatic Processing Press or APP is a single-station reloading press built to prepare cases and size cast bullets faster and with less effort than a conventional single stage. Its standout advantage is a patented die-mounting system that lets you fix the die to the top or bottom of the press - a first for a press of this kind. That flexibility unlocks automation you normally won't find on a single station so you can deprime swage primer pockets bulge bust or size cast bullets as quickly as you can work the lever.

That speed doesn't come at the expense of feel or durability. The APP is deliberately heavy for its compact footprint and is built from a mix of materials chosen for each job. The lever and handles are steel capped with a molded fully symmetrical ""power grip"" that makes left- or right-hand operation equally comfortable. The upper and lower die carriers are aluminum while low-stress components are nylon or acetal copolymer. The upper carrier rides on two centerless-ground roller-burnished columns and is counterbalanced by a centrally mounted coil spring - a detail that keeps the handle from dropping and pinching a finger between strokes.

The press uses a ""frameless"" design that routes nearly all the load directly to the dies through steel linkages rather than the frame. The practical payoff is almost unlimited visibility and hand clearance around the die plus easy mounting on any bench or table with no under-swing to work around. The APP comes complete with feed tubes tube supports risers and a case slider and even includes the 22-caliber bullet feed jaws so you can start feeding and sizing right out of the box.
